Job summary

A healthcare practice in the UK is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their team in providing essential primary care services across their Upavon and Durrington surgeries. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple surgeries.
  • Provide treatment room and long-term condition management clinics.
  • Lead Infection Prevention & Control initiatives with the Managing Partner.
  • Mentor junior nursing staff and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Support proactive care and health promotion for complex patient needs.
