Job Title: Practice Nurse – Milton Keynes

An established and forward-thinking GP practice in Milton Keynes is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct chronic disease management, including asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension reviews

• Provide childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, and cervical cytology

• Undertake wound care, dressings, ear irrigation, and suture removal

• Assist in health promotion and screening programmes

• Work closely with the GPs and wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (NMC registration required)

• Experience working within a primary care or GP surgery setting

• Skilled in chronic disease management and general treatment room duties
