Full-time and part-time hours will be considered.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team. Knowledge and skills in the following areas are desirable:

• Chronic disease management (including diabetes and respiratory conditions)
• Women’s health, health promotion, and screening (including contraceptive advice, cervical screening, and vaginal ring pessary changes)
• Immunisation and vaccination for adults and children, including travel vaccinations

We are offering:

• A team comprising 20 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate, 8 Health Care Assistants, 2 Phlebotomists, and 1 Paramedic
• 6 Partners, 14 Salaried GPs, and around 135 staff members
• A team of Nurse Practitioners managing urgent ‘on the day’ care
• A dedicated Mental Health Nurse and a Social Prescribing team
• GPs with special interests in Dermatology and MSK
• Pharmacists managing patient medication queries, reviews, and discharge letters
