Dream Medical are currently assisting a GP surgery in recruiting a Permanent Practice Nurse for their surgery High Wycombe. The position is permanent, part time hours and duties are as follows:

• Asthma
• Diabetic review
• Hypertension Clinic
• IHD Clinic
• COPD Clinic
• Immunisation
• Vaccination Clinic
• Holiday Vaccination Clinic
• Flu Vaccination
• Clinic Cervical Smears
• Family Planning
