A healthcare provider in London is seeking a Full-time experienced Practice Nurse to join their Kings Park Surgery in Romford. This role involves delivering a wide range of nursing care and supporting chronic disease management. The ideal candidate must be a registered General Nurse with substantial experience and commitment to professional development. We are currently looking to recruit a Full time experienced Practice Nurse (Permanent, not a bank nurse), at our Kings Park Surgery (Romford) to help to deliver care in all areas of General Practice Nursing including: travel and child vaccinations, family planning and cytology.
The successful Applicant will be a Experienced Practice Nurse, who is registered General Nurse with full NMC registration. The ideal candidate will have qualifications/Certificates and experience in:
You should have experience of: Working in accordance with the UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Professional Practice, in General practice. Working with IT systems e.g. GP clinical systems such as EMIS and Office software.

We are looking for someone who is competent in chronic disease management including; diabetes, asthma, hypertension, active in health promotion and patient education, and able to assist GPs with minor surgery. You should have the necessary skills and training to run spirometry, diabetes, smoking cessation, and travel clinics.
