Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience providing safe and effective nursing care.
• Competency in venepuncture and blood sampling, administering injections, and basic wound care.

Responsabilités

• Providing treatment room nursing services in line with practice protocols and guidelines.
• Undertaking wound care, dressings and leg ulcer management.
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations for children and adults.
• Carrying out venepuncture and blood sampling.
• Administering injections, including B12, contraceptives and travel vaccines as trained.
• Undertaking clinical observations and ECGs.
• Supporting management of long-term conditions, including diabetes, asthma and COPD.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using EMIS Web.
• Ensuring infection prevention and control standards are maintained.
