We are seeking cover for three days per weekWednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Hours are negotiable, and we would be happy to discuss arrangements that work well for both the candidate and the practice.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working in General Practice and be working at Band 6 equivalent. Salary is dependent on experience and competitive within the locality.
Thesuccessful candidate would ideally have experience of working in GeneralPractice.
We areseeking a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurse to provide andmaintain a high standard of nursing care for our patients. It is desirable forthe post holder to have previous experience in treatment room duties, ChronicDisease Management, Cytology, Family Planning, Travel Health and immunisations.Competency in Minor illness management is advantageous, but not essential.
Fforestfach Medical Group provides care to approximately 14,000 patients, located in a central location, serving a diverse population. We have a large, friendly and motivated team, consisting of four Practice Nurses, two Health Care Support Workers, and an exceptional management and administrative team, all supporting our highly dedicated GPs.
The successful candidate will join an established nursing team that will work alongside other multidisciplinary team members and can work autonomously. Following practice and national guidelines to ensure that our patients receive the best care and that their health needs are met.
