Practice Nurse - Farnborough | Part-Time or Full-Time

Healthii People is delighted to represent a welcoming, patient-focused GP practice in Farnborough currently seeking a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse to join their clinical team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive team delivering high-quality primary care to a list of 6,500 patients. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, supporting a wide range of services including:

  • Chronic disease management
  • Health promotion
  • Treatment room duties

You'll be joining a strong multi-disciplinary team including:

  • 1 other Practice Nurse
  • 2 Healthcare Assistants
  • 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • 1 Paramedic Practitioner

The practice is also actively involved in education, hosting nursing students year-round, providing a dynamic and learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD)
  • Cervical cytology
  • Immunisations (childhood & adult)
  • Wound care, dressings & injections
  • Travel health advice
  • Health promotion and lifestyle support

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Hours: Part-time or full-time considered

Salary: Up to £25 per hour, depending on experience

Learning: Ongoing CPD encouraged + regular student nurse mentoring

Requirements:

  • NMC-registered Practice Nurse
  • Confident with nurse-led clinics and autonomous working
  • Previous Primary Care experience preferred
  • Passionate about team collaboration and patient-centred care
