Practice Nurse

Due to retirement, we are looking to recruit an experienced, GP Practice Nurse, hours negotiable, to join our friendly practice team. We are a EMIS/Docman practice with approximately 6800 patients. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, committed and experienced in chronic disease management including Respiratory (Asthma/COPD), women health (smear taking and contraception) Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease, Type II Diabetes and all general practice nursing duties including health promotion and patient education but not essential as training can be given.
