Dream Medical is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a long-term locum placement until April within a friendly GP surgery. You will work alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role involves:

• Asthma reviews
• Baby Immunizations
• Diabetes management
• Cytology
• Chronic disease management
• COPD reviews
• Spirometry
• Travel vaccinations
• B12 and other injections
• Care plans for dementia
• Elderly checks

You will also provide health promotion advice, including smoking cessation and weight management.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS within the last year
• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Registered with NMC with a valid PIN
