Practice Nurse – Corporate Site, London

37.5 hrs/week | Permanent | £34,100 – £41,572 (DOE)

What you’ll do
  • Deliver evidence-based care for minor illnesses, long-term conditions, and preventative health.
  • Administer vaccinations, travel health advice, and screening programmes.
  • Support chronic disease management and health promotion.
  • Provide treatment and referrals for minor injuries and illnesses.
  • Assist with family planning and national immunisation programmes.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical governance and audits.
What you’ll bring
  • NMC Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience.
  • Background in Primary Care and Family Planning.
