Chelston Hall Surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse for 26.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

• Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies and procedures.
• Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
