Pickhurst Surgery in Bromley is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our general practice team. You will provide injections, vaccinations, and cervical screening, and support the management of chronic diseases such as asthma, COPD, and diabetes for our patient list of about 8,700.
Essential: RN with current UK NMC registration and primary care experience. Cytology and vaccination training are desirable; UK registration required.
To work as part of the general practice team providing high quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients. The Practice Nurse will deliver treatment, screening, and health promotion services and support the management of long‑term conditions in line with NHS guidelines and practice protocols.
Pickhurst Surgery is based in Bromley, Hayes. We have a growing list size of approx. 8,700 patients and are part of the Hayeswick Primary Care Network. We have an extended clinical team, which includes Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioners, a Mental Health Practitioner, working alongside the GPs (3 Partners, 2 Salaried GPs) and a Nursing team lead by the Lead Practice Nurse, supported by the Practice Manager, Reception Manager and the Admin team. The Practice advocates a friendly and positive working environment and we are looking for an equally friendly, motivated and versatile individual to join our team.
