The role covers immunisations, screening, chronic disease management, wound care, venepuncture, ECGs, and infection control. Visa sponsorship is not available; current UK registration is required.

This opportunity has arisen as our current Practice Nurse is leaveing to return to locum work and developing her private business interests. The role would suit an experienced Practice Nurse looking to reduce their hours later in their career, returning from a career break or a Practice Nurse wishing to supplement another part-time role.

The successful candidate will work with autonomy alongside our GPs, and HCA team to deliver high-quality patient care, supporting baby immunisations, cervical cervical screening, chronic disease management such as diabetes, asthma COPD etc, phlebotomy, wound management and treatment room duties. The successful candidate will oversee infection control compliance; vaccination ordering and ensure that all nurse-related Care Quality Commission evidence indicators are compliant.

Our clinical team consists of 2 GP partners, 2 salaried GP's, a Practice Nurse, a Health care assistant, a Clinical Pharmacist and a General Practice Assistant.
