Practice Nurse – Burnley
Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Burnley in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery.
The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 35 hours a week on a permanent basis.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
Our client is offering a salary package includes:
- NHS pension
- Up to 5 weeks' annual leave + Bank Holidays (this will be pro-rata for part time staff)
