Job summary

Redwood Practice in Dartford is seeking two experienced Practice Nurses to join our busy GP team. You will lead chronic disease reviews for diabetes, asthma and COPD, deliver immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and health checks, and work closely with GPs and the wider team.

NMC registration and primary care experience are essential. The role offers scope to progress to Lead Practice Nurse and days and hours are negotiable.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is required.
