Millstream Medical Centre in Salisbury is hiring a Practice Nurse to join a growing multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, support immunisations, chronic disease management and well-woman/well-man clinics within your scope of practice.
You will work across our practice network, contribute to patient-centred care and support clinicians with policy reviews and clinical pathways. Salary depends on experience, with full-time and part-time roles available.
We are currently looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Practice Nurse.
The successful candidate will work as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality nursing care to our patient population.
They will support the delivery of clinical services within their scope of practice, including health promotion, chronic disease management, screening, immunisations and treatment room duties, while contributing to the ongoing development of patient-centred care across the practice.
The practice nurse will be responsiblefor the delivery of practice nursing services including:health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, well women and well man clinics, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure.
