*Healthii People* is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking and friendly GP practice in the *Redhill area* in their search for an experienced and caring *Practice Nurse* to join their multidisciplinary team on a *part-time basis (3 days per week)*.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, particularly someone with strong experience in *diabetes management* and general practice nursing.
*The Opportunity:*
This is an exciting chance to work within a modern, purpose-built practice that forms part of a larger partnership across multiple local sites. The surgery is known for its high standards, consistent QOF achievement, and commitment to training and development.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver chronic disease management, with an emphasis on diabetes care
* Provide holistic, patient-centred care across treatment room services (wound care, ECG, phlebotomy, etc.)
* Conduct cervical screening, vaccinations (including travel), and health promotion
* Assist with minor surgery, contraceptive services, and Warfarin monitoring
* Support infection control audits and contribute to practice improvements
* Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a learning environment
* Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
