Abington Park Surgery are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse who is enthusiastic and conscientious to join our existing team.

The successful candidate will either have experience or wish to train in the following areas: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, or Family Planning.

You will assist with cytology and other nursing duties performed within a Primary Care environment.

Job Responsibilities

The role will include providing assessment, screening, and treatment services in line with the practice protocols.

The successful candidate will be a qualified first-level nurse, preferably with 18 months of experience working in Primary care.

About Us

Abington Park Surgery is a practice with almost 13,000 patients and is based very close to Abington Park, so great for lunchtime walks.

We have a large free car park with a Pharmacy, Dentist, and Optician based on our site.

We are a very strong team of doctors, nurses, administration, and receptionists who all pull together to ensure that the needs of our patients are met.
