Church Walk Surgery in a small village GP practice is hiring a Practice Nurse to join the team. You will perform health checks, manage chronic disease, administer immunisations and provide wound care in a supportive community setting.

Applicants must hold an adult nursing registration with the NMC and have training in immunisation, cervical screening and wound care. You will work alongside GPs to deliver high‑quality patient care and develop your own skills.

• Adult nursing registration with the NMC is required.
• Training in immunisation is required.
• Cervical screening and wound care training or equivalent experience is expected.

A Practice Nurse post within the GP surgery team at Church Walk Surgery, a small village practice where staff work closely together. The nurse would carry out health checks, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening and other clinical work alongside GPs and the wider team. The small team and community setting offer a personal approach to patient care. Applicants need an adult nursing registration with the NMC and training in immunisation, cervical screening and wound care.
