Opportunity for a Practice Nurse to work on a Locum Contract, based across Merseyside.

The role is within a GP Practice, primarily to provide leadership to junior members of the Practice Nursing Team, in collaboration with the Nurse Lead and General Practitioners. The goal is to develop an effective, quality-driven Practice Nurse Service and promote integrated nursing practice within the wider nursing team (including Practice Nurses, District Nurses, and Health Visitors). This role involves developing evidence-based practice guidelines for shared care delivery to the entire practice population and monitoring key quality markers to ensure clinical effectiveness.

You will attend to patients seeking care from healthcare professionals, providing advice and treatment for ongoing medical and nursing needs. Patients will typically have booked appointments, but there may also be a need to see additional or emergency patients.

Contract Details

The role is available on a Full-Time or Part-Time Locum Contract.
