A great opportunity has arisen with a very forward-thinking GP Practice in Liskeard, looking for an experienced Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and at least one long term condition diploma, to join their close-knit, forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a practice that looks after its staff and provides opportunities for career progression and development. They are looking for a Practice Nurse experienced with both treatment room duties as well as long term conditions. With flexibility around start and finish times and no weekends it is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse.

Salary – £35,000 - £47,500 per annum FTE DOE (£17-£23 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity + Employee Assistance Program + Other benefits

Your role –

1. Full-time Practice Nurse (Based on a 40 hour week)
2. Need experience with both treatment room and long term conditions (need diploma in one LTC area)

5. Work closely with other clinicians to provide a quality service to patients.
