We are looking for a Practice Nurse preferably with experience of Primary Care.We are a team who is committedto supporting our patients in a busy inner-city practice. We are looking for a driven individual who can positively contribute tothe wellbeing of our patients and manage change that supports this aim.
You will provide primary care nursing to offer a range of clinical duties including wound care, immunizations, chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma), health screening, and health promotion for all ages.
Your key responsibilities also include patient education, maintaining records, working alongside GPs, and running specialist clinics.
You will contribute to clinical meetings, undertake audits and participate in personal and professional development to support quality improvement
We have a team of GP's an ANP and 2 HCA's and a supportive administrative team who work together to support each other. As a training practice of FY2 Doctors and GP registrars we are continually reviewing and monitoring and always prepared to appropriate changes to the benefit of our patients and staff. You will get an additional days leave for your birthday for example!
