As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to our patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening, and risk assessment. As a clinical team member, you will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery and future development of the service, working towards the Practice's aims and objectives and supporting the delivery of the Practice business plan.
