Job description

This is a superb opportunity for a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse to join a very well respected and close-knit GP Surgery. The practice is looking for 3 days per week to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

The practice is looking for a Practice Nurse ideally with strong Diabetes experience. There is expectations to cover treatment room duties as well. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone experienced as a Practice Nurse, where patient care is the top priority!

Salary – £32,000 – £42,000 per annum DOE FTE (£16-£22 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave (pro rata) + Bank Holidays + Indemnity

Location – Weston-super-Mare

The surgery –

• Very well respected GP training practice
• Very forward-thinking
• Strong MDT with other Practice Nurses to work alongside as well as 3 HCAs
• Very well performing with CQC and QOF
• Highly regarded locally
• Single site practice

Your role –

• Essential experience as a Practice Nurse with experience in General Practice doing treatment room duties, etc.
• Have a strong CDM background
• Superb career progression and development opportunities
• Flexibility around start and finish times
• Benefit from a very supportive MDT around you
• Extended access occasionally on a Saturday – no weekday evenings
• No home visits

• Salary up to around £42,000 FTE (£22 per hour) DOE
• 27 days annual leave (pro rata)
• Bank Holidays
