We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Practice Nurse to join our friendly and forward-thinking primary care team. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across a wide range of services, including chronic disease management, treatment room duties, health promotion and preventative care. You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary team, contributing to excellent outcomes for our diverse patient population.
We welcome applications from nurses with varying levels of general practice experience. Experienced practice nurses who can demonstrate established skills in general practice nursing and chronic disease management. Nurses who are new to general practice or have early experience in long-term condition management, who will be supported with a structured induction, mentorship, and a tailored development plan.
