Pay:up to £21.84 per hour dependant on experience

Expected hours:15 per week

Schedule(some flexibility dependant on room availability):

  • Monday - 6 hour shift
  • Tuesday PM - 3 hour shift
  • Friday 6 hour shift

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
  • Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide education to patients regarding their conditions.
  • Conduct health screenings and physical examinations, documenting findings accurately.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients regarding health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
