Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Locum Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including:

• Conducting health assessments and screenings
• Administering vaccinations and medications
• Managing chronic disease clinics
• Providing wound care and dressings
• Offering health education and advice to patients

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in a practice nurse role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
