£30,000 - £35,000 per year
We have a Practice Manager opportunity responsible for supporting the non-clinical day-to-day running of our busy Thirsk 24-hour Hospital and our Ripon practice as well as managing and leading a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and support staff. As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of these teams. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients, clients, and team members, while ensuring a happy work environment and a healthy work-life balance for all staff. We encourage growth in all our staff and opportunities for further education and study are available.
Thirsk and Ripon have a very established team supported by our Branch Partner – Sarah who has celebrated her 11th year with the practices. Thirsk is a large purpose-built building and is an RCVS standard scheme accredited hospital and emergency service centre, as well as being an ISFM gold level accredited cat friendly practice. Ripon is a beautifully compact practice with its loyal client base at the centre of its core.
