Practice Manager, QA Manager, Service Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Remote

Practice Manager / QA Manager required to work for a fast-growing business based in Central London. This role is primarily remote, with some travel to Central London offices, and occasional global travel, all expenses paid. Please read in full before applying.

Be prepared for early/late calls due to global coverage, with some flexibility needed. Immediate availability is a plus.

The key areas of knowledge and experience should include:

  • Domain Knowledge (Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Testing – Frameworks, Tools, Techniques)
  • Resource Management (Capacity & Capability with Partners and internal teams)
  • Stakeholder Engagement (from Executives to Delivery teams, including planning, monitoring & reporting)
  • Delivery (Driving team outcomes, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction)
  • Governance, Leadership & Management (budgets, quality strategy, overseeing teams)

Additional experience required:

  • Managed or led significant QA teams, including 3rd parties, with experience managing around 70 people
  • Proven ability to optimize results with 3rd party vendors
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Experience as a Tester or QA Assistant is a plus
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Resilience and a results-driven approach
  • Willingness for global calls and travel at short notice
  • Understanding of quality control procedures and standards (e.g., ISO9001)
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., test automation, bug tracking)
  • Experience in developing quality management frameworks, strategies, policies, and test plans
  • Professional certification in quality management is desirable
  • Ability to build temporary teams for audits, testing, validation, and improvement programs
