Role Description

Reporting into the Online Doctor Area Manager, the Pharmacy HUB Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. The role is responsible for delivering all Online Doctor related targets and managing the HUB Pharmacist and colleagues, supporting Asda Pharmacy to be best in class.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safety, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. The role offers support from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical or service queries.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with slight variation on Friday.

Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, experienced pharmacist registered with GPhC, capable of delivering NHS and private healthcare services, balancing management and pharmacy duties, inspiring teams, and solving difficult situations while maintaining strong connections within the store and with field teams. Applicants must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, and be willing to undergo a DBS check and enroll in the update service.
