Candidate Requirements

• Management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting; experience in healthcare or commercial sectors considered
• Experience with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning
• Team management experience, HR knowledge, and compliance understanding
• Effective communication skills and proactive leadership style
