Practice Manager

With three well-equipped sites, Leonard Brothers Vets offers excellent facilities supported by a passionate, dedicated team. Our practice is home to 14 vets and an experienced nursing and support team, all united by a shared mission: to deliver outstanding care to our clients while fostering professional growth within our people.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Practice Manager to help lead Leonard Brothers into the next exciting phase of its journey. This role will be primarily based at our Whitchurch branch, with travel between all three sites.

Role Details
  • Overseeing daily operations across all three sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Leading, motivating and supporting clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional care
  • Working closely with the Practice Director on business planning, growth and strategic development
  • Managing budgets, financial performance and resource allocation across the practice
  • Implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Acting as a first point of contact for staff and clients on operational matters
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members
  • Promoting a positive, collaborative and supportive culture across all sites
Fix or Flex - Find Your Perfect Balance

We’re committed to helping our people achieve a healthy work-life balance. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, typically across five days, with flexibility where possible and some travel between sites. There are no out-of-hours requirements, and part-time applications are also welcomed.
