Rota
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across clinical and admin teams

• Oversee HR, rotas, performance, and staff wellbeing

• Ensure compliance with RCVS and industry regulations

• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial targets

• Coordinate facilities, IT, health & safety, and stock control

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training

• Act as a first point of contact for client concerns or feedback

• Collaborate with senior clinical team to deliver exceptional service

About You

This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the hospital and its wider group, driving strategic growth and development. You’ll work closely with an established office support team and a committed senior leadership group.

We’re looking for either a qualified RVN or a candidate with solid experience in a veterinary setting. A good understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills are key.
