An exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in leadership and management to oversee operations at Grosvenor House Surgery in London. The role requires expertise in managing healthcare practice operations, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and leading the team to deliver excellent patient services. Suitable candidates must have a healthcare management qualification and experience in NHS general practice.

The successfulcandidate will be expected to work 3 days a week (21 hours).
The role willrequire a good grasp of small business management as you will lead all aspectsof general management, including human resources, financial management andplanning, health and safety, patient service delivery, risk management and CQCcompliance. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient management ofthe practice as well as ensuring the wellbeing of the patients and staff.
As a member of themanagement team the post holder is expected to attend weekly meetings with thesenior GP partner, receptionist team and nursing team to develop, discuss and reporton all aspects of service delivery.
Grosvenor HouseSurgery is located in West Ealing, W13 9BE and is a member of the South CentralEaling Primary Care Network (SCE PCN). The practice has a list size of 5500 patients.Staff comprise of 4 GPs, 2 Practice nurses, 1 trainee nurse, 1 GP assistant,pharmacy clerk and 7 Reception and administrative staff. The practice usesSystmOne.
South CentralEaling PCN provides additional clinical and administrative staff to support thepractice (Clinical Pharmacy team, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner,Paramedic home visiting service and Social Prescriber.
