Salford City Council in Salford is seeking a Practice Manager for the Duty and Assessment Team. The role is 36 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave, with a focus on safeguarding and service improvement.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years post-qualifying Social Work experience.
• Experience delivering supervision and staff development.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and families.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Ability to manage documentation, records and information sharing.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of all aspects of the Social Work team.
• Ensure active participation of children, young people and families in plans.
• Maintain documentation, records and information sharing; respond to complaints.
• Monitor team performance and outcomes for children and families.
• Provide staff supervision and development under the Service Manager.
