Bayfields Opticians is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager who is also a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our Chester team (CH1 1LG).

• Managing day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Delivering outstanding client service while fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
• Coaching and mentoring the team, inspiring them to meet targets and achieve professional growth.
• Providing expert dispensing services, demonstrating your skills and knowledge to offer exceptional care.
