A leading veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee their two busy locations. In this role, you'll support the Clinical Director by managing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring excellent client service. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join Adams Vets and support the Clinical Director in managing our two busy practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Role Details
As Practice Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and motivating teams, and driving financial performance across both sites. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Director and the wider Management Team to develop the business, implement improvements, and maintain a positive and collaborative culture.
Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth-running clinic environment where staff feel supported and patients and clients receive the highest standards of care.
Work Schedule
This is a flexible role offering between 30 and 40 hours per week, with rota patterns and working hours open to negotiation. We are happy to consider full-time or part-time candidates to find the right fit for you and the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing teams in a veterinary or similar healthcare setting, with the ability to optimise operations and lead with a positive, “one team” approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, alongside the ability to build strong relationships within the veterinary community and deliver outstanding client service.
A full, clean driving licence is required as you will be supporting two practice locations.
