A Practice Manager/Qualified (ACA/ACCA) is being recruited for a small boutique Chartered Accountancy firm in the Ringwood area. The firm has a portfolio of quality clients both in the local area and London, offering a great opportunity to have some equity in the firm.

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director but manage your own portfolio of clients: audit, compliance, and advisory, as well as overseeing trainees and a bookkeeper.

Ideal candidates will hold ACA/ACCA with at least 2-3 years of post-qualified experience, possess strong technical skills, recent audit experience, excellent client-facing skills, and good IT knowledge including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks. The role offers a very good working environment with a dedicated and friendly team.
