Job summary

Green Apple Dental in York is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead a busy five-day week in a modern NHS-dominated practice with four surgeries (two more planned).

The role requires NHS experience and GDC registration; you will manage the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with NHS policies. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the start date is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a five‑day NHS‑focused dental practice in York.
• Manage four surgeries with a plan to expand to six in the near term.
• Direct the support team and ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NHS policies and relevant clinical standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff; role requires flexibility.
