As Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include clinical and compliance accuracy, inspiring and developing colleagues, marketing, and performance planning to expand private offerings. This role requires inspiring leadership, organizational skills, creativity, and excellent people skills. You will be seen as the expert and leader in all aspects of quality dentistry.

Responsibilities
  • Line management of the practice team
  • Supporting clinical team to meet NHS and Private objectives
  • Managing Profit and Loss, controlling costs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Reviewing business reports for efficiency and profitability
  • Supervising banking procedures, deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
  • Maintaining up-to-date practice documentation, policies, procedures, and handbooks
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements
Skills and Experience
  • Dental Practice Management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience managing business performance, KPIs, targets, and P&L
  • Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance reviews
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for practice growth
  • Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete the necessary requirements (including DBS check)
