An established and respected law firm in Winchester is seeking an experienced Office/Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of its operations. This is a key role, providing strategic and hands on support to ensure the firm continues to deliver high-quality legal services while maintaining a well-organised and efficient working environment.

The Role

  • Overseeing office operations , ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant working environment.
  • Managing HR functions , including recruitment, onboarding, and staff wellbeing.
  • Handling financial administration , working alongside accountants and fee earners to monitor budgets and expenses.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance , including SRA, Lexcel, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Supervising facilities management , IT systems, and supplier relationships.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and improving internal processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office, practice, or operations management within a professional services environment (legal experience is a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, financial administration, and regulatory compliance .
