Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care with a commercial focus. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business profitability. This role is responsible for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and ensure patient safety. You will oversee the professional development of your team and locums, maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance with GPhC standards, and clinical governance.

You will have support from in-store, regional, and head office teams for both clinical and service-related queries.

Rota:

Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 09:00 - 21:00

Week 2: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 09:00 - 21:00

We seek a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager committed to healthcare excellence. The ideal candidate will be a qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC, experienced in delivering NHS and private services, capable of balancing management and pharmacy roles, inspiring teams, and handling challenging situations effectively.
