This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays) on a fixed-term contract, designed to offer flexibility and work-life balance. Whether you're looking to fit work around other commitments or simply value protected time off, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As Practice Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, and helping the practice thrive. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Keeping the practice running smoothly - staff, rota, stock and office management
  • Supporting and motivating our fantastic team
  • Handling finances, reporting and liaising with the central operations team
  • Helping with recruitment, HR and staff development
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting our practice reputation
  • Getting involved in business development and practice growth initiatives

It's a role where no two days are the same - and your ideas and input will really make a difference.

Why Join Us?

We care about our people and want work to fit around your life, not the other way around. Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Flexible working - part-time hours tailored to suit your lifestyle
  • No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or OOH work
  • Enhanced annual leave (including birthday leave!)
  • A supportive team environment where your wellbeing matters
  • Career development opportunities - with training and mentoring available
  • A competitive salary, up to €45,000 FTE, plus benefits
About You

You don't need to be a veterinary professional - but you do need to be a confident leader who enjoys working with people. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in management or leadership; ideally in a service based/customer-focused environment
  • Friendly, fair and approachable with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and ready to support the team
  • Positive and resilient, able to handle challenges with a calm, can-do attitude

If you have experience in veterinary, business or practice management, even better - but what matters most is your ability to lead, support and motivate.
