Job description

Job Title: Practice Manager - Accountancy Firm

Practice Manager required to join an established midsized chartered accountancy firm based in Sheffield. You will be part of the accounts team, assisting in delivering excellent service to notable clients.

As Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting partners with the day-to-day management of junior staff, reviewing work before submission, and preparing some of the larger accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

• ACCA / ACA qualified or close to qualification
• Several years of experience within an accountancy practice
• Managerial or supervisory experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication effectively
• Oversee accounts production, review, and submission
• Prepare management accounts
• Train and mentor junior team members

Additional Details

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
