Job description

A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established, fully private practice located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

Start date – As soon as possible.

This role is part-time, working 2 days per week. Flexible days between Monday and Friday.

Requirements:

• Experience in Dental Practice Management or as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Ability to update and amend practice policies according to current rules and regulations.
• Loyalty to the practice owner, supporting staff members, hardworking, professional, punctual, and helpful.

Roles and responsibilities include staff management, staff appraisals, holding monthly meetings, overseeing HR and H&S compliance, attending relevant webinars/courses, and general practice management.

Hourly Rate – Dependent on experience, qualification, and background, between £15.50 - £20 per hour.

The practice has 2 surgeries, fully equipped and computerised using Software of Excellence (knowledge of which is beneficial). Facilities include Digital X-rays, iTero Scanners, and an on-site CBCT room.

Long-stay parking is available nearby. Potters Bar Overground station is approximately a 10-15 minute walk, with bus routes also accessible.
