An established industry player is seeking an accomplished Practice Manager to lead operational functions and enhance business efficiency. We are looking for an accomplished manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage the operational functions within the practice and work with the partners on the business aspects, identifying potential opportunities and efficiencies.
The successful candidate will have a positive and approachable manner. They will be proactive with proven people and operational management experience, along with excellent organisation and IT skills.
Although full-time is preferred, part-time (minimum of 30 hours over 4-5 days) will be considered.
The Practice Manager oversees the day to day operations of the practice.
They provide advice, support and guidance to the partnership and team and are responsible for HR, IT, project and premises management and ensuring overseeing CQC and regulatory compliance.
With an emphasis on providing high quality care to our patient population of just over 9,000, we have 2 GP partners and committed clinical and non-clinical teams. Our bookkeeping and payroll are outsourced.
Our last CQC rating was 'Good'.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£45,000 to £55,000 a year (pro-rata for part-time)
