If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Arndale Dental and Implant in Manchester.

  • 40 hours per week (we can be flexible on days and shifts)
  • Monday – Friday, to
  • Able to cover 1 Saturday per month with a day off in the week
  • Good transport links – the practice is within the Arndale Centre

At Arndale Dental in Manchester City Centre, you will have the opportunity to work within a small friendly team environment. Working in the heart of the city centre within the Boots Store in a 4-surgery modern practice, you will be able to work in this unique environment to assist the clinician delivering excellent patient care.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (, retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient records
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and practice growth
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Analyse practice performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
  • Handle patient complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
