NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager for a patient-centred practice in Mallaig. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational management skills to lead a dynamic team in delivering quality healthcare. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to demonstrate excellent operational management skills to oversee the smooth running of the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, develop and manage the practice in delivering person-centred, safe and effective care for patients.

Our patient-centred practice serves a list size of 1,820 patients and is supported by a dynamic and collaborative team:
Our Team: Four part-time GPs, a practice nurse, healthcare assistant, reception team and practice manager (this post)
