A leading GP practice in East Cornwall is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations. The role involves financial management, HR, and contract planning. EMIS practice
Practice Manager
Overseeing and supported by a Deputy and Rota Manager
Full-time hours - happy for this to be over 4 or 5 days
Very flexible start and finish times
Main focuses include finance, HR, understanding and planning for contract changes, oversight of the Dispensary and complaints and compliments management
Weekly meeting with the Partners plus six weekly full practice meeting
Empowerment to suggest changes and innovations - the Partners are receptive and open-minded
